how can i tell what the actual colors will look like in real life?
we can’t guarantee the colors of our products will look the same in person. the way colors appear on different computer monitors can vary greatly. we do however color match as well as possible, and we recommend viewing our site on an Apple computer for the closest possible representation of true colors.
how long does it take to process and ship an order?
all in stock orders are processed and shipped within two business days. shipping time depends on carrier and location, and usually takes between 2-10 business days.
what forms of payment do you accept?
we welcome all major credit cards, debit cards, cashier checks, and money orders. you can also visit our terms of sale page for more details.
is my personal data safe?
absolutely. we have a completely secure, encrypted checkout process that is verified by all the “big guns” like Chase, Visa, MasterCard, etc. our shopping cart is certified and checked daily by McAfee to insure all your data is safe.

do i have to pay sales tax or any transaction or handling fees?
nope. zero sales tax for all orders outside of Colorado, and all transaction and handling fees come out of our pocket, not yours.
do you accept international orders?
yes we do. we accept many forms of currency from around the world and welcome all international orders. international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and associated fees.
how much will shipping be?
shipping on pre-orders over $250 in the US is free (must enter coupon code FREESHIPPING during checkout). international buyers must pay shipping, click here for more details.
what is your return policy?
we will accept all returns/exchanges sent back within 14 days of receipt. buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
all items must be in the plastic, unworn, unwrinkled, with tags still on (ready for resale) or we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
